Shipping

Yello Apparel deliveries have a domestic shipment fee of $5 and an international shipment fee of $7 for all purchases except those totalling and exceeding $100. All deliveries at Yello Apparel are shipped out after approximately 1 - 2 business days. Once shipped out, an item will take anywhere from 1 - 4 weeks to be delivered depending on shipment location and the time of year. If an item exceeds this time frame please contact us by email at yelloapparel.inc@gmail.com and we will confirm your items location and status. 

Tracking Deliveries

All items can be tracked upon shipment. Once your item has been shipped, we will email you your tracking code.

Return & Refund Policy

All products at Yello Apparel have a return & refund guarantee, excluding sale items.
If you receive a product that is either damaged or defective, you may receive a full refund.

The following situations are not included:
1.  Damage done to the product while in your possession.
2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them.

Returns (if applicable)

To be eligable for a return and refund your item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, unused and in its original packaging.

You must submit your request by emailing us at yelloapparel.inc@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Once 14 days have passed your item will no longer be eligible for a return/refund.

In your email please specify your concerns with the product, include images if necessary. A Yello representative will get back to you within 24hrs and guide you through the appropriate shipment and return method. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping fees are not covered by Yello Apparel and are the responsibility of the customer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double check your bank account.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at yelloapparel.inc@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicalble)

We do not offer direct exchanges.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. In some instances, shipping can take up to 5 weeks.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
